Delete Account & Data

How to permanently delete your LEVR account, even if you no longer have the app installed.

LEVR is operated by BODY FIXERS HEALTH & WELLNESS LIMITED (company number 14435839). You can request account deletion and erasure of associated personal information using the options below.

Delete your account in LEVR

1. Open LEVR and select Profile.

2. Open Privacy & Data.

3. Select Delete Account and confirm the permanent deletion request.
   
   

This is an account-deletion action, not a temporary suspension.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@levr.coach with the subject LEVR account deletion request, preferably from the address linked to your account. Say you want your LEVR account and associated data deleted.

We may need to verify that you own the account. Never email your password. You do not need to download or reinstall LEVR to make this request. We will respond within the timescales required by law.

What deletion means

Deletion is intended to remove the LEVR login, profile, coaching preferences, workout and nutrition information, progress data, uploaded photos and related stored content. Some records may need to be retained or anonymised where required by law or reasonably necessary for legal claims, accounting, billing integrity, security or fraud prevention.

Some external companies, including Apple, Google and RevenueCat, separately control their own purchase or transaction records. Further detail appears in our Privacy Policy.

Important: deletion does not cancel subscriptions

Deleting your LEVR account or uninstalling the app will not cancel a subscription through Apple or Google. To stop future renewal charges, cancel the subscription separately in the same Apple or Google account used to buy it.
